Does my friend need the Taskquatch app?
Yes. The gift card is redeemed inside the app Wallet, and the balance is applied when they book a task. The app is free on the App Store and Google Play.
Where can it be used?
Anywhere Taskquatch operates, currently Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Check Areas We Serve to make sure your recipient is covered.
Does it expire?
No. The balance stays in the Wallet until it is used, and it can be spread across several tasks.
Can I use it on any task?
Yes. The balance applies to any fixed-price task in the app, from furniture assembly to yard work to errands. If a task costs more than the balance, the rest is charged to the card on file.
When does the gift card arrive?
Right after payment clears, usually within a few minutes. If you chose "For a friend," the code and your message go to their email. You get a receipt either way. Not seeing it? Check spam, then contact us.
Can I get a refund?
Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong with your order, reach out and we will sort it out.
