1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

• names

• phone numbers

• email addresses

• mailing addresses

• usernames

• passwords

• contact preferences

• contact or authentication data

• identity verification images/IDs and derived profile photos (for verification/fraud prevention)

• task details, messages, reviews, dispute evidence you provide

• device and app identifiers, IP address, and analytics/attribution data

• marketing preferences and push notification tokens

• referral codes generated for your account, referral redemption records, and referral credit balances

• recurring task schedules, preferences, and automated task creation records

• social feed posts, comments, reactions, and community interactions

• vendor favorites list and user preferences

• game performance data (scores, completion times, move counts) if you participate in optional games or interactive features

• city and state derived from your location for game leaderboard display purposes

• app crash reports, error logs, device state at time of errors, and diagnostic information for troubleshooting

• voice queries you speak into the in-app search (processed by on-device or operating-system speech recognition; transcribed text is sent to our servers for search matching)

• if you sign in via a third-party identity provider (Apple, Google, Facebook/Meta, or Discord), the limited profile data those providers return to us (name, email, identifier)

• if you apply to become a Taskquatcher (vendor), professional and employment-related information you provide, including selected specialties, prior work or job history you choose to list, portfolio photos, service area, scheduling preferences, and tax-related information processed by our payment processor

• if you register as an external volunteer for our Task Force programs, government-issued state ID images or scans you choose to upload for eligibility verification (handled and retained separately from regular vendor identity verification)

• Taskquatch Task Force assistance request submissions, including selected program category (e.g., Senior Support, Family Assistance, Pet Assistance, Community Beautification), subject, description of assistance needed, and associated identity verification records

• support chat messages and attachments you share with our in-app support chat (powered by Crisp), and inbound SMS or voicemail you send to our published support numbers (forwarded to our support inbox)

Sensitive Information. We treat certain information as sensitive under applicable law, including identity verification images/IDs, the government-ID portrait that may be used to create your public profile photo on Taskquatcher accounts (see “Profile photo from verification images” below), state ID uploads collected from external volunteers, and precise geolocation (within roughly 1,750 feet). Device biometrics used for login remain on-device; we receive only a pass/fail signal and do not collect biometric templates. Where required, we obtain your opt-in consent before collecting or processing sensitive data (e.g., verification images/IDs, precise geolocation). You may withdraw consent at any time in device settings and, where available, in our in-app privacy controls; some features (such as local matching or certain trust and safety tools) may not work without this data.

Profile photo from verification images. If you submit identity-verification images through our verification partner Persona during the Taskquatcher application, we may extract the portrait from your government-issued ID (or, as a fallback, your verification selfie) and set it as the public profile photo other users see on your Taskquatcher profile, in search results, and in any advertising you have opted into. You may replace the derived profile photo at any time by uploading your own profile picture in account settings. We do not show your raw ID images to other users.

Location collection and sharing. Depending on your role and the active task, we may collect your device location while the app is in use and, during an active en-route task, while the app is in the background. On iOS, Taskquatchers who have accepted a task may have location reported in the background so customers can see status updates and ETAs. On Android, we do not request the separate background-location permission; however, during an active en-route task we may collect location through a foreground service notification while the app is backgrounded. For Taskquatchers, location updates may be reported while you are accepting, en route to, or working on a task so customers can see status updates and ETAs. For customers, your service address and pin location are shared with the matched Taskquatcher to enable the task. Location data is also used to derive your city and state for in-app games and to detect whether you are inside a supported service area.

Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe. You may find their privacy notice link(s) here: https://stripe.com/privacy.

Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:

• Geolocation Information. We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application(s), to provide certain location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

• Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's camera, microphone, photo gallery, sensors, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

• Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

• Device biometrics for login (e.g., Face ID, Touch ID, Android BiometricPrompt) remain on your device; we receive only a pass/fail signal and do not collect biometric templates. If you enable biometric login, your login credentials may be stored locally on your device to complete sign-in after biometric verification.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:

• To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts. We may process your information so you can create and log in to your account, as well as keep your account in working order.

• To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. We may process your information to provide you with the requested service, including matching, routing, and location status updates.

• To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We may process your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the requested service.

• To fulfill and manage your orders. We may process your information to fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Services.

• To enable user-to-user communications. We may process your information if you choose to use any of our offerings that allow for communication with another user.

• To request feedback. We may process your information when necessary to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Services.

• To send you service-related and transactional communications (email, SMS, calls, push) about your account, tasks, payments, safety, and support - for example, task status updates, first-time use tips, or responses when you contact us. Outbound SMS is sent through AWS Pinpoint; inbound SMS to our support numbers may be received through Twilio and forwarded to our support inbox. These may be sent to the contact information you provide, including your mobile number. Carrier message and data rates may apply; our outgoing SMS may include a short notice that data rates may apply.

• To send you marketing and promotional communications (email, SMS, calls, push) where permitted and consistent with your preferences; you can opt out of marketing as described in this Notice and in the End User Agreement.

• To deliver targeted or personalized content and advertising tailored to your interests, location, and usage.

• To use your profile information in Taskquatch advertising and marketing materials, if you opt in as a Taskquatcher (vendor). With your explicit consent, we may use your profile picture, cover picture, first name and last name initial, portfolio photos, recent photos, and personalized QR code in our advertising campaigns across digital channels (in-app, website, display ads), social media (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn), email newsletters, and video platforms. This helps increase your exposure to potential customers and allows people to add you to their favorites and hire you directly from advertisements. Physical billboards, television, print media, and third-party licensing require separate written consent. You can change this preference at any time in your Privacy settings. This consent is voluntary and without monetary compensation.

• To post testimonials. We post testimonials on our Services that may contain personal information.

• To protect our Services. We may process your information as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure, including fraud monitoring and prevention, background/identity verification, and trust and safety reviews.

• To use automated systems (including AI/ML) for fraud prevention, safety screening, content moderation, and recommendations. Some of these systems may help detect fraud, assess trust and safety risks, rank or recommend tasks and helpers, or flag potentially risky content for review. If an automated decision materially affects your ability to use the Services (e.g., account suspension or rejection of identity verification), you can contact us at hello@taskquatch.app to request more information or ask for human review.

• To process free-text content using OpenAI. Specifically, we send the text you type when describing a task or searching for help (and limited context such as the matched specialty options) to OpenAI’s API to suggest the most relevant specialty or category. We may also use OpenAI for limited internal operational or marketing automation that does not include your payment information or private messages between users. We also use automated content-safety services within Amazon Web Services to scan task photos and messages for safety violations. We do not use these external AI services to make final hiring, account-termination, or eligibility decisions; humans review material outcomes. Our agreements with these providers prohibit them from using your content to train their public models.

• To evaluate and improve our Services, products, marketing, and your experience. We may process your information when we believe it is necessary to identify usage trends, determine the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and to evaluate and improve our Services, products, marketing, and your experience.

• To identify usage trends. We may process information about how you use our Services to better understand how they are being used so we can improve them.

• To determine the effectiveness of our marketing and promotional campaigns. We may process your information to better understand how to provide marketing and promotional campaigns that are most relevant to you.

• To comply with our legal obligations. We may process your information to comply with our legal obligations, respond to legal requests, and exercise, establish, or defend our legal rights.

• To facilitate Taskquatch Task Force nonprofit assistance programs. We may process your information to receive, review, and coordinate assistance requests submitted through our Task Force programs, including matching assistance recipients with volunteers, communicating about request status, and administering community support initiatives.

We limit our collection and use of personal information to what is adequate, relevant, and reasonably necessary to provide our Services and the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, and we do not process personal information for incompatible purposes unless we obtain your consent.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with specific third parties.

We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

• Service providers: Payments (Stripe), authentication/account management (Appwrite), hosting/infrastructure/analytics (AWS), app framework and push delivery (Expo/Apple/Google), marketing attribution/analytics (AppsFlyer), crash reporting (Bugsnag), geocoding (Mapbox), SMS delivery (AWS Pinpoint and Twilio), trust and safety, fraud prevention, operational alerting (Slack), and customer support tools.

• Counterparties: Limited information shared with other users (customers/taskers) as needed for tasks and communications.

• Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

• Other Users. When you share personal information (for example, by posting comments, contributions, or other content to the Services) or otherwise interact with public areas of the Services, such personal information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly made available outside the Services in perpetuity. Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of your activity, communicate with you within our Services, and view your profile.

We require our service providers (such as Stripe, AWS, Appwrite, AppsFlyer, Bugsnag, Mapbox, Twilio, Persona, and Authenticate.com) to process personal information only on our instructions, to implement appropriate security measures, to ensure their personnel are subject to confidentiality obligations, and to delete or return personal information at the end of our relationship, consistent with applicable law.

SMS/Text Messaging Opt-In Data: Taskquatch will not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We use your phone number and SMS preferences to provide Taskquatch communications you request or enable, such as account notifications, verification messages, service-related transactional messages, and vendor task-request alerts. We may use service providers that help us deliver those messages on our behalf, subject to contractual and legal safeguards.

Taskquatch Task Force Assistance Requests: If you submit an assistance request through our Task Force nonprofit programs, limited information from your request (such as your first name, program category, subject, and general description of assistance needed) may be shared with Taskquatch staff and approved volunteers who coordinate or provide assistance services. Your full contact information is only shared with volunteers after you are matched and consent to proceed. Identity verification is required for assistance requests to protect the safety of both recipients and volunteers.

3.1 THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND ANALYTICS

In Short: We use specific third-party services to provide our platform functionality.

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

Stripe: Payment processing, payouts to Taskquatchers (Stripe Connect), and financial transactions. Payment instrument details are handled and stored by Stripe.

Appwrite: User authentication and account management. If you sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook/Meta, or Discord, Appwrite handles the OAuth handshake on our behalf and returns limited profile data (name, email, identifier) to us.

Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud hosting, databases, file storage, transactional email (SES), outbound transactional SMS (Pinpoint SMS Voice v2), and automated content-safety scanning of photos and messages. All of these are AWS services governed by a single AWS Data Processing Addendum.

Twilio: Inbound SMS and voicemail you send to our published support numbers may be received through Twilio and forwarded to our support inbox. Your phone number and message content may be processed for routing, reply mapping, and support purposes.

Mapbox: Address geocoding and map-related location services on our backend. Address strings you provide may be sent to Mapbox to resolve coordinates for matching and routing.

Bugsnag: Mobile crash and error reporting. Bugsnag receives crash stacks, device and OS information, app version, and related diagnostic metadata when the app encounters an error.

Slack: Operational error and safety alerting for our internal team. Limited account identifiers or content snippets may be included in alerts to help us investigate issues.

Push notifications (Expo, Apple Push Notification service, and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging): When you allow push notifications, your device’s push token and the content of the notifications we send you (e.g., task status, messages) are transmitted through Expo Application Services and delivered to your device by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android).

Google Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase: In-app analytics, screen views, in-app event tracking, and crash/install attribution. Google receives a Firebase installation ID, mobile advertising identifier (where you have allowed tracking), device/OS data, and event metadata.

Google Maps SDK: Renders interactive maps inside the app. Google receives device IP address and the map regions/coordinates you view as you interact with the map.

AppsFlyer: Marketing attribution, analytics, and user behavior tracking. AppsFlyer tracks install attribution data, in-app events (task creation, task completion, referral redemption, payments), marketing campaign effectiveness, and conversion metrics. Device advertising identifiers may be shared with AppsFlyer for attribution purposes. You can limit ad tracking through your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

TikTok Business SDK: Mobile ad-attribution. We send conversion events (such as install, registration, task creation) and your mobile advertising identifier (only where you have allowed tracking) to TikTok so we can measure the effectiveness of TikTok advertising campaigns.

Persona: Identity verification and fraud prevention for Taskquatcher applications and Task Force assistance requests. As described in Section 1, the portrait extracted from your government ID may be used as your public profile photo on Taskquatcher accounts.

Authenticate.com: Background checks for Taskquatchers who opt in to a criminal history screening (government ID images, SSN verification, and related identity data where authorized by you). This is separate from Persona onboarding verification.

OpenAI: We send limited free-text content (task or search descriptions and matched specialty options) to OpenAI’s API to suggest the most relevant specialty for user-facing search and matching. We may also use OpenAI for limited internal operational or marketing automation that does not include your payment information or private messages between users. OpenAI is contractually prohibited from using the API content we send to train its public models.

Crisp: In-app and on-site customer support chat. Messages you send through the support chat, your name, your email address, and basic device/browser metadata are transmitted to Crisp.

Microsoft Clarity: Website analytics, heatmaps, and session replay on public pages of taskquatch.app.

Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking (website): Page-view and lead-conversion measurement across most public pages on taskquatch.app.

Meta Pixel (website): Cross-platform conversion measurement for Facebook and Instagram advertising on our marketing homepage. We do not use a Meta tracking SDK inside the mobile app; Facebook sign-in is handled through Appwrite OAuth only.

Nextdoor pixel (website): Conversion measurement for advertising campaigns on Nextdoor on our marketing homepage.

Vibe.co (website): Conversion measurement for connected-TV (CTV) advertising campaigns on our marketing homepage.

Each service has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies for complete information.

3.3 MICROSOFT CLARITY (WEBSITE ANALYTICS)

We partner with Microsoft Clarity on public pages of taskquatch.app to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products and services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Website privacy choices. We use analytics and advertising tools by default to measure website use and campaign performance. You can disable these tools at any time through the “Your Privacy Choices” control shown on our website. We also honor browser Global Privacy Control signals by disabling analytics and advertising tracking. Necessary storage for core features such as password reset may still be used.

3.4 COOKIES, PIXELS, AND ONLINE TRACKING (WEBSITE)

In Short: Our website uses cookies and tracking pixels for site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement.

When you visit our website at taskquatch.app, we may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies that are required to deliver core features (such as OAuth flows or password reset), measure site performance, understand traffic sources, and evaluate advertising campaign effectiveness. Google Analytics 4, Google Ads measurement, and Microsoft Clarity appear on public pages; Meta Pixel, Nextdoor Pixel, and Vibe.co appear on select pages such as our marketing homepage.

We use the following categories of cookies and pixels:

Analytics - Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity on public pages. Used to measure page traffic, understand site usage, record heatmaps, and replay anonymized sessions so we can improve the site.

Advertising / Measurement - Google Ads conversion tracking on most public pages; Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), Nextdoor Pixel, and Vibe.co on our marketing homepage. Used to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and, where you take an action such as submitting a lead form, to report a conversion to those ad networks.

You can limit or block cookies through “Your Privacy Choices,” your browser settings, or the privacy controls offered by Google, Meta, Microsoft, Nextdoor, and Vibe.co. Some site features may not work correctly if your browser blocks necessary cookies or storage.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information / Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and several other U.S. states allow residents to opt out of certain advertising-related uses of their personal information. Use “Your Privacy Choices” on any website page or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser to exercise this right. You may also email hello@taskquatch.app with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.”

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described, subject to legal requirements. Illustrative retention: payments/transactions and disputes per tax/accounting and fraud obligations; messages/tasks/reviews for safety, trust, and recordkeeping; verification images/IDs for a limited verification window, then deleted or de-identified unless required longer by law; logs/analytics for a limited operational window; marketing preferences until you opt out. When no ongoing need exists, we delete or de-identify; if not immediately possible (e.g., backups), we isolate until deletion is feasible.

In general, we aim to: (a) retain verification images/IDs only for the period needed to complete verification and address related fraud or disputes, then delete or irreversibly de-identify them unless law requires longer; (b) retain messages, task details, and dispute records for a limited period (for example, a few years) for safety, trust, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify; (c) retain analytics and log data in identifiable form only as long as necessary for security and operations (for example, many months rather than years), then aggregate or de-identify.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

5. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

6. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at hello@taskquatch.app.

7. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence.

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, using the in-app Email Communication toggle under Settings → Privacy, or by contacting us using the details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below. Turning off Email Communication also affects some service-related message emails for customers (such as new message notifications). You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you - for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.

SMS (text messages): Message frequency varies based on your activity and settings. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. If you are a Taskquatcher (vendor) and receive SMS alerts for new task requests, you can turn them off anytime in the app under Settings → Privacy → SMS Task Notifications, or use the opt-out link included in those messages when we provide one. For other SMS-related requests (including limits on non-marketing service texts where applicable law allows), contact us at hello@taskquatch.app.

Managing advertising consent (Taskquatchers): If you are a Taskquatcher (vendor) and have opted in to allow Taskquatch to use your profile in advertising, you can change this preference at any time by going to Settings → Privacy → Advertising Consent and toggling the setting off. When you opt out: (a) we will cease using your profile information in new advertising materials within 7 days; (b) previously published materials will be removed from all active digital campaigns within 60 days; (c) materials in physical print (if any) may remain in circulation for up to 90 days from opt-out. Upon request after the 60-day removal period, we will provide written confirmation that your profile has been removed from all active advertising campaigns.

Automatic termination of advertising consent: Your advertising consent automatically terminates upon: (a) account deletion or permanent suspension; (b) 12 months of continuous account inactivity (no logins); (c) notification of your death by verified next-of-kin. Upon termination, the standard 60-day removal timeline applies.

AI and derivative use restrictions: Your profile information used in advertising will be displayed as-is without AI manipulation, morphing, or use in generative AI models. We will not create synthetic or deepfake content using your likeness. Minor editing (cropping, brightness adjustment, adding text overlays) is permitted.

Account Information

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:
• Log in to your account settings and update your user account.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

9. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you and how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law.
